Cancellation Policy

Best Available Rate

• Low Season If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in low season prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total booking
• High Season ( 1 July – 30 September ) If a cancellation is made less than 30 days in high season prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total booking
• Peak Season ( 23 Dec – 6 January ) If a cancellation is made less than 45 days in peak season prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total villa rate
• No Show If a cancellation is made on the day of check-in / during your stay / no show, it will be charged at 100% of the total booking amount.

DEPOSIT

• No deposit is required for all LAST MINUTE DEAL bookings.
• All other bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking confirmation. The balance can be paid upon arrival.

PROMOTION RATE

• Last Minute Deal  are fully Refundable.
• All Other promotions, please refer to each promotion policy.

Cancellation Charges

• Any resulting bank transfer fees will be deducted from the amount to be transferred and it will be calculated on the Bank Daily Rate at the time.

Please Note: All accommodation costs (dates booked) are non refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.
